Moving from Samsung Food to Menu Planner 2
Your Samsung Food recipes can still come over to Menu Planner 2, one at a time. Here’s the quickest way to do it.
How to bring them over
Samsung Food can't export your recipes. For a recipe that came from a website, open that website with Find on the Web and tap Get Recipe, then Save Recipe. For others, copy the recipe's text and use From Pasted Text.
The tools that do it
- Find on the Web opens recipe websites inside Menu Planner 2. On a recipe’s page, choose Get Recipe, then Save Recipe.
- From Pasted Text turns a recipe you’ve copied as text into a recipe in Menu Planner 2.
- Paste Recipe Links takes a whole list of recipe web addresses at once and finds the recipe on each page.
Find on the Web and From Pasted Text are in the Kitchen, under New Recipe. Paste Recipe Links is on the From Other Recipe Apps screen.
Steps for each device are in the Help Guide: Moving your recipes from another recipe app.
Good to know
- Adding recipes this way is free, and you don’t need an account.
- Your recipes in Samsung Food aren’t changed.
